Cant change the Horizontal rod radius?

Hi,

I have just finished my delta build and have a concave motion, in the center the z gap is 0.2mm but at the outside it is 1mm, i have read that i need to tweak the ''#define Horizontal rod radius'' setting, however, no matter how much I change it the concave movement remains exactly the same, I have tried disabling EEPROM and i dont have auto leveling or zprobe enabled but it still doesnt work.

I am doing something wrong or is there a setting i need to change first that is preventing my changes from taking effect?

I have attached my latest config file so you can see my current settings

Temperature not updating

Hello

I'm using a ramps 1.3 board with a small modification of an added ad8497 that I need for my extruder.

the thing is, the ad8497 is working fine (givign off 100mV @ 20°C...perfect). this is connected to A13 as in the schematics, te voltage is recieved by the arduino mega (mesured on the pin) 

when I start tepetier host the temperatur in manual mode does not chang and stays the same, if I disconect and reconnect to the printer the temperatur jumpes to a new valeu and then stays there until the next reconect and so on the tepmerature dysplaied is  form 120 to 270°C....... also if the extruder is switched on the mV start to go up as expected but read out stays the same and after a short time the heater is switched off because of the "uncoupled error"

any sugestion?

Hello every body, I read the question and comments ABOUT the version of cura that repetier was using in the Repetier Host but my problem is that I cannot access the cura from the plugin page any longer.  I like but can't  find it any longer. whats up? jlbost8460

X and Y Hit end Stop Normally But....

Hey again, still calibrating my machine. Each axis when homing, hits the end stop correctly, but then retracts about 10 percent of my printable area, then goes back to the end stop. A back and forth motion each time I home. I cannot find a solution to turn this off or change a value in the EEPROM or in Host. How may i go about fixing this? Thank you in advance.

Searching for Postprocessor for Fusion 360

Hi @All,

I'am looking into using Fusion 360 as CAD/CAM tool.

I have a cnc milling machine and i'am using a ArduinoDue with the Repetier-Firmware and Repetier-Host to controll it.

The question is:
* Is there any preshipped preprocessor in Fusion that is compatible to repetier without tinkering?
* Are there any custom postprocessors that work good?

I hoped to not have to write one myself.

Start signal not detected

Getting the message with arduino with ramps 1.4. I downloaded the latest marlin and installed. Tried all the baud rated. Update runs clean. I've tried a couple of different boards and get the same thing. Set to Com 1. Should I be able to get past this it the board is out of the printer and just hooked to the USB. I'm just trying to find out what other debug steps I can take.

The X-limit switch is on the right side
Home do I set Home to be the right side not the left

Layer Height 0.05

Hey Guys

I use Slic3r PE via Repetier Host. I was printing a small model and set layer height to 0.05 but it slicves to 0.1mm layers. How can i get it down to 0.5?

Repetier Server on Raspberry Pi 3's

I'm trying to setup Repetier Server Pro on a Raspberry Pi 3b, but I'm having a problem connecting to printers, or even understanding my USB device list. I can generate a list of attached USB devices using the lsusb command using SSH, but I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm using a powered USB hub connected to the pi, but I can't read any of my printers that are attached:

I believe that my hub is Device 007, but I'm not really sure how to tell. All printers are connected to the hub, and the hub is compatible with the pi.

Anycubic Chiron

I am unable to connect my Anycubic Chiron printer to Host.
The connection appears to be made but no start signal is detected and a forced start is issued but I have no control over anything after that.
What am I doing wrong?

It works fine with my Geeetech i3 mk2 Pro B  and my Geeetech A30

Pan button?

I am running Repetier Host on a Windows 8 tablet.  It seems the only way to pan around the 3D view, is to plugin a mouse with a middle button.  There is a button in the program to change to rotate and zoom, but not to pan.  Am I missing something?  Or, maybe consider adding this in the future?

connect to anet a8 (prusa i3?)

I can connect cura and print objects via the usb port but I would like to use Repetier to send info.
I am using windows7 on a pc connected with a usb lead direct to the printer board . All I get on the log is a list of lines
(n55, n56 etc) usually M105 and asterix with a number after it scrolling up.
Some times I get
communication timeout - reset send buffer block     in red
I go to manual control and get        x command waiting         every time I try to jog. Eventually this goes back to   idle and then back to     1 command waiting     as if it is trying to communicate.
This looks like I have the baud rate wrong but I have tried all sort of baud rates without change?
Anybody know how to set up Repetier to work with the Anet A8?

BONJOUR A TOUS
je viens d'achever la construction de mon imprimante DIY .L' électronique est une carte de fabrication chinoise de marque LERDGE modèle K. La connexion a REPETIER host par câble usb fonctionne parfaitement
mais je tente maintenant d'utiliser de le module WIFI qui équipe cette carte pour connecter à HOST sans succès . La carte(imprimante) se connecte bien au réseau local et affiche son adresse ip (191.168.1.46:8686) attribuée par le dhcp de la freebox , coté PC dans host /communication /tcp ip est paramétré avec cette même adresse et n°de port . J ai surement loupé quelque chose car host répond invariablement "connexion rejetée par le distant"
j'ai essayé en passant par  REPETIER server sans succès 
quelqu'un aurait il une idée sur le problème ?, existe t il une notice REPETIER traitant de la connexion WIFI ?

I don't see file on SD Card in Alfawise U20

- Windows 10 _ Repetier Host V2.1.3 _ Slic3r v1.3.0
I use Firmware 2.16A , slic3r with output option :[input_filename_base].gcode but it saved it :.gco
on my sdcard alfawise saw only file with .gcode
how can i solve the problem ?

fatal:Heater/sensor error - M999

The heater is not heating and the following message showed:
Error:Temp. raised to slow. Rise = -0.31 after 13079 ms
fatal:Heater/sensor error - Printer stopped and heaters disabled due to this error. Fix error and restart with M999.

However, we've checked the pin is correctly connected according to the file 'configuration.h'
We use the ramp1.4 and arduino mega2560 board, Version 1.1.0, RepetierHost Mac

btw, we've actually successfully print something few days ago :|

Alfawise U30

Hi,
I just bought an Alfawise U30.  It is intended to be driven by Repetier-Host.
I just read that for the moment, piloting is simply possible by Repetier-Server.
So I have two requests:
1) do you think you can include serial port control in Repetier? I admit I'd miss it so much if I can't drive my printer by Repetier!
2) Could you give the exact procedure to configure Repetier- Host and Server to control the machine? I have tried many things but without success.

Printer does continue printing

My printer heats up, home all the axises and goes down to the bed like it's about to start be just freezes. I tried reinstalling repitier but that didn't work. What do I do??

Is it possible to output Slic3r/CuraEngine setting through Repetier-host API?

I want to develop a plugin to access the CuraEngine/Slic3r setting. Basically, I want to output part of the setting data to a text file similar to what the "Export/Save as" button does. Could anyone tell me whether any RepetierHostExtender interface provides a function to control the "Export/Save as" button or read the parameters in the CuraEngine/Slic3r Setting panel? Thanks in advance!

Host is crashing when editing object placement

Using Repetier-Host version 2.1.3 on Ubuntu 18.04

I am adding 3 equal objects, and after manually placing them with the Move Object tool, then tunning their positions manually removing (truncating) the decimal numbers makes the Repetier-Host crash when always when editing the second object. It usually happens on "Y:" input field.

"Help > Check Updates"  also makes the app crash.

I am using this: Repetier-Host-x86_64-2.1.3.AppImage

Model Missing Layers When Slicing

Yesterday, the model had all of its layers when slicing it. The problem was that the filament was not stocking to teach layer (just a bit). I made some chances and now today only the first or just the two first layers get sliced and printed. I've tried Cura and it does the same thing.
