Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1 PID calibration

Hello 
I can't do the PID calibration.
Thats what I do:
1.Sending to printer "M303 E0 S200 C8"
2.Program make a test 
3.Program finished test 
then problems start
4.19:43:28.486 : Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 636
and every time when I start test, only number of last line is different. 
plz help me :D

Pibot 2.0 can't connect

Hi,

my Pbot 2.0 won't connect to the Repetier host.

I've searched, found and tried evrything but can't get it to connect. I can flash it with Arduino and it works fine with the Pibot Version of Repetier. But because that Version is very old I'd like to use the original Repetier software. I've went through different drivers and I have the COM port correct and the baud rates as well. I Always get

14:01:07.582 : Communication timeout - reset send buffer block

Anybody have the Pibot running with Repetier Host that can help me?

Hi all,
I'm a new maker, recent build my TLM and ready to print.

I'm working on 2 computers, a PC and a MBP, both have Repeater Host now.
Is it possible to transfer the data entered in one, transfer to the other so that they are one on one the same?

Appreciate the help.

Rumba board extruders aren't moving

I'm working on building a custom diamond hotend tri color printer and having trouble getting all 3 of the extruder motors to move. I've tested each of the steppers hardware and they're all working as well as all of my stepper drivers by swapping them to XYZ and they drive perfectly fine. I'm using a mixing extruder.



I've checked all of the pins in pins.h and they're all correct as well. I've run the reprap testing code to just see if they'll move and got EXT1 to spin but not EXT0 or EXT2. I've enabled cold extrusion in the firmware as well as running the command in console to disable it just in case.  Everything else on the board is working perfectly fine.

Upgrade to host version 2.1.3.  Can connect to printer just fine.  All the manual control works fine.  Print job will start normally. The extruder moves to the initial position for the print and then it just sits there.  Getting an error message. Seems like we missed a OK

Any thoughts??

Just finished putting a Micro Delta Rework 3D printer together. Installed Repeater host, calibration was smooth sailing until I tried to heat up the extruder.

I can heat up the heat bed no trouble. But every time I click on Extruder Heater Activation, it shuts the printer down.The printer turns back on immediately, and reconnecting to the printer happens without issue. But clicking the extruder heater activation button turns it off again. It's almost as if I had hit the reset button.

It doesn't even give me an error message. Does this happen often? What can I do about it?

Ive tried everything. Every software version of repetier and still nothing . Its not my wire connector and I have voltage. I can manually set the temp on the extruder will printing. Also its not in dry run. Does anyone have any ideas for me to check? Also my g code says its telling to heat but nothing. Ive seen other people had this problem and fixed it but didn't come back and tell how they did that.

Issue with Gcode generated

I've looked at several generated Gcode files after configuring "print settings - speed" in slic3R to limit the speed for various parameters. Makes not one bit of difference anywhere in the code.

There are no x/y or z motion speed control codes in the Gcode. This is very frustrating. Why would the the case. Why are only the temperature settings changing?

Hello, new user and new to forum. I have been trying to use repetier on my new printer rapide lite 200 which is using the rumba/taurino driver compatible with ATmega2560 on Com3. I was using repetier succesfully to run calibration tests and then I lost the ability to print from repetier. Prints would freeze or connections were lost. I then was using repetier to move the extruder around to calibrate and had axes control without issues.

Currently I cannot do anything with repetier. My computer recognizes the printer on com3 and I can connect to it with repetier but that is it. When I connect it tells me I have 5 commands waiting and the printer is unresponsive. If I do anything the commands add up. If I click the OK button , the commands go away til I get to idle and then suddenly there is another command waiting? I can print from SD card on the printer but really want to have control with my computer again. I have changed usb cables, baud rates and anything else I can think of but without success.

I am not sure if it is my printer or not but would appreciate any guidance or assistance.

Hello, hopefully I posted this in the right spot

Is there any way to upload g-code files from a usb connected directly to the raspberry pi? I am very new to coding, and the Raspberry Pi, and can't seem to figure out how. I have a Printrbot Simple Metal. Everything works, I can upload g-code through the internet, and my Printrbot will print. I can move the Printrbot manually, heat everything up, etc. and it all works fine, but sometimes I do not have internet connection, and would like to just insert a usb, and let it rip. Any advice helps. I have the latest version of repetier on the Pi as well, and I use Cura to post G-code.

Strange error in G-code generated.

In Short:
The temperature in the generated g-code is 5 degrees below the value in the filament setting.

To make the problem even stranger, this is only happening on 2 windows 10 computers with a fresh O.S. and repetier host installation .
On my old faithfull testing laptop with windows 7 and an initial repetier host version 0.9 and updated over the years to 2.1.3 this problem is not present.

So in the the filament setting for Slic3r the temp is set to 250 (all layers) and on the 2 windows 10 computers the gcode goes 245.
On the windows 7 the gcode is correct to 250.

I am out of options and need some help.
Tested slic3r stand-alone and then there is no problem.
Checked all ini files for differences but nothing found.

Hey there. As the title suggest I can't seem to find an option to change support infill rate (%). I can't change it without changing the infill of the whole structure. Thus I'm having a hard time removing supports. Please Help!

I have tested everything and it homes perfectly. I have tested everything and it homes perfectly. However, whenever I press Z- or send g code commands like G1 Z10 F1000, it won't stop coming down. It just keep moving downward until I hit Emergency stop button and i press z+ button then it moves perfect. How do I solve this? 
Every help has a great meaning to me!

Slicing a very large file, 10 ft by 10 ft. Getting this error, cannot slice. How may I go about fixing this? The file will slice for 25 minutes, get almost to the end, then give me the error. Thanks in advance.
